Blue & Brown Convergence
I won a set of 4 fat quarters at a quilt camp with Roseville Quilters and since I didn’t like them, decided to turn them into a Convergence quilt. I still didn’t like it, so I decided it was best to just get it done and not spend more effort on it. I donated it to Community Service.
American Eagle
Right after 9-11 I saw this picture of an Eagle and liked it so much I wanted to make it into a quilt. I used the opportunity to make it a challenge quilt for Roseville Guild (athough I don’t remember the theme of the challenge).
Gary liked it so well he decided it should be framed like a picture, so it is.
Dresden Strips
I made this in a strip club class at Stitching Station - probably the last one Sandy had before closing the store - although I changed the background to pink to make it more dramatic.
I gave this quilt to my goddaughter, Emma Coleman.
Bright Flannel Frenzy
Brian asked me for a quilt to give a friend for their new baby. I told him I had one started but he had to help me finish it. I made it with my Accuquilt Go, which cuts the blocks and fringes them before you sew them together. So he helped me and we got it done in a few hours.
